For a team to make a decision collectively they need to have a common goal which excites them . If this is not in place , there will be issues in the flow of work to achieve the goal. So firstly , the leader should talk about what is that they want to achieve and how does the team feel about that goal. It’s very important that everyone in the team are on the same page . If we see discrepancy of opinions at this time it needs to be addressed right now rather than later. Take feedback’s positively. Both the parties can agree to disagree. To finally reach to a point where together everyone is excited to reach the same goal. It’s similar to any team winning a sport cause every player in the team has the same goal i.e to win
