Recomiendo Jamboard y Miro para todo tipo de proyectos. Miro la ventaja que tienes es que podrás crear flujos y tiene varias integraciones con herramientas de productividad. Jamboard por otro lado si en tu empresa trabajan con G-Suite es una excelente alternativa.

I usually use FigJam, Canva, and Whimsical. I used those tools because is easy to use, and I think it's fit for brainstorming with the topic of IT

I use Figjam because it could be in the same place as the Figma file of the project( if there are any) and it’s easier to review it later on when we are moving forward with the project. Miro is a good choice as well.
