One thing I have found helpful is allowing your team to show up as their authentic selves. Each person brings a unique perspective and skillset to the job. Showing empathy and encouraging them to lean into their strengths while simultaneously supporting them in areas of growth can help build trust and team morale. Demonstrating that you have faith in their abilities allows them to lean into creativity and suggest approaches that may not otherwise be considered.

1. Entrust responsibilities and acknowledge expertise. 2. Provide support without micromanaging. 3. Encourage initiative and autonomy. Example: I assigned a junior researcher to lead data analysis in a market study, providing guidance but avoiding micromanagement. This trust empowered him to excel and introduce innovative techniques, significantly enhancing our final report.

Confidence comes when we feel that we are achieving. So have smaller achievable goals that are clear in the beginning and then slowly have bigger and more complex goals. Celebrate them on achieving and see how we can improve always
