"When" to communicate. e.g. establish working hours and expected response times. "How" should they communicate? e.g. via task updates on a project management tool, via message threads. Establishing all the above early leads to streamlined communication.

I'm a team member on video marketing, and this is part of the best advice someone can give, either in video production or any other field, this is key to keep improving someone's skillset and to getting new proposals out to the world. I believe that keeping eyes that are surprised by what surrounds them can bring incredible results, as you keep absorbing from any environment and taking everything that can work for you, your co-workers, your projects, etc, those mental connections and creative results are only yours to bring, and when an entire team is exposed to something new always (tools, situations), it can bring such incredible results. Of course, some mistakes will be made, but that is part of the process.
