Build reflection into the flow of the agenda throughout your time together. Without it you will achieve the staus quo because reflection fuels the 'Aha! Moment'. At the end of the session, to end on a high, gear the Aha! Moment towards their experience convening with the people around them. A question like 'What do you love about this group?' Or 'What's an example of something someone has done during our time together that has moved you?' Are bound to end well ??
