From my perspective, ensuring every team member’s voice is heard starts with creating a space where diverse perspectives are valued. Setting clear expectations for open dialogue encourages contributions from everyone. In my opinion, rotating facilitators helps shift power dynamics and gives different team members the chance to lead. Leveraging collaborative tools ensures that even those who are less vocal in meetings have a platform to share their ideas. When inclusivity is prioritized, the team benefits from richer discussions and stronger outcomes.

(已编辑)If you are the CEO or founder, always speak in the end. Set a strong culture around it. 1. When your company is in project execution mode, listen to your employees first. Otherwise, they would have fear of speaking out in the future. 2. Ask everyone from the cross functional teams to collaborate regularly and clearly so that everyone is on the same page. 3. Keep a track of all the team interactions, performance data in one place. This way, everyone can access all the info/data immediately and start making important decisions quickly so that the project doesn't stop. 4. Finally, tell your diverse teams that they need to keep their ego and politics play in check. Too much ego and politics can slow down projects significantly.
