Actually inclusion for teams is always crucial whether your team is diverse or not. Even if it's alike minded people. So what is the way. It's actually stick with what your general approach is. Don't treat people differently just because they are different. Different perspective, mindset, background, culture is what builds for the completeness of the team not for its separation or split. Value each contributor and contribution based on results. Your team work needs different contributors and work so cherish and appreciate when you're lucky to have that or make it happen when you don't have it. Each member of a team should feel part of this team and recognize the team objective and goals as personal ones as well. Change and diversity is key.
