Leading a diverse group session requires sensitivity to both extroverted and introverted dynamics. Start by creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing their ideas. Encourage participation by using a mix of activities, such as small group discussions and individual reflections, to cater to different communication styles. Allow time for introverts to process information before contributing, and provide opportunities for extroverts to express their thoughts. Use tools like anonymous polls or written feedback to ensure all voices are heard. By valuing each participant's input and fostering a balanced dialogue, you can harness the strengths of both dynamics for a successful session.
-
Having smaller group discussions, ensuring the discussions are prepared in ways that everyone gets to speak- for example using tools like serial testimony (a facilitation method that encourages participants to share their perspectives without interruption). Also sharing guidelines helps all the members have a role in the discussion.
-
This can be done in multiple different ways, with the most important thing to focus on being to play to the strengths of everyone involved in the discussion. Putting them in the spotlight and letting them shine in the process. Where really, its all about breaking the ice among all the team members involved in a way that leads to productive collaboration moving forward even when you're not around

I would recommend using methods where there are opportunities for divergence and convergence of ideas in an individual as well as group set up. Usage of tools should not just be limited to voice, but we should include expression through actions, expressions, physical movements and writing.
