It sounds like a difficult conversation, but identify leads or voices between departments, buy them tea or coffee, sit in a cafe, and chat. what happens here is magical, because perspectives are shared, and then the other department hear about the challenges faced by others. They can better understand each other. Doing so in a coffee joint is much more relax and casual and this creates a safe environment for future conversation.
