Une fois au travail nous comprenons que la ligne directrice est préférable que de laisser le pairs s'exprimer sans ligne de conduite, prenons l'exemple de l'entité qui n'a pas de la ligne directrice, cela peut créer le jingle. donc une ligne de directrice nous aider gérer les conflits à l'avance
