Scheduling virtual interviews across different time zones can feel like a juggling act! One easy tip is to use a scheduling tool that automatically adjusts for time zones and sends reminders. It saves a ton of back-and-forth! Also, confirming the local time with candidates before the interview can prevent mix-ups. Don’t forget to plan some buffer time between interviews, just in case things run over or tech issues pop up. It helps keep the day stress-free and allows you to stay on track.

I also confirm availability in advance and set reminders. Keeping a buffer between interviews helps in case of overruns. Communication via email or messaging ensures everyone stays informed. Lastly, I double-check all time zones before finalizing schedules.
