Cada colaborador tem uma maior habilidade para conduzir um tema, enquanto outros enfrentam dificuldade. N?o que seja uma tarefa simples, aliás exige muita dedica??o. Uma ferramenta muito comum e que uso com frequência s?o os one a one, que possibilitam uma troca recorrente e de maior assertividade. E sem dúvida alguma, um ambiente de confian?a entre líder e liderado. Cada gestor tem seu estilo, é importante encontrar uma ferramenta que se adeque a sua realidade.

Some of the best ways to ensure your team is able to complete assigned tasks effectively is to ensure you are assigning the right tasks to the right team members. It's important to have a database or knowledge of the various skills your team members possess so you can hand off projects to the right people at the right time.

Knowing each individual strengths and weaknesses will help you to identify what each individual is knowledgeable about and focus on those and assist with the weaknesses for maximum output

A SWOT analysis of each of your team members and discuss the results one on one privately. Assign responsibilities based on individual strengths for specific tasks.

Setting goals ensures that each team member knows what they are doing and when. Each team member will easily be able to see what is expected of them, with a breakdown of achievable tasks, and when their task is due.

Goals are always helpful in making sure your productivity and growth is consistent throughout the term, season, etc. in the business world and in day to day personal development, goals must be present. Writing down a short term goal to start is pretty easy and once you put your focus on that goal, I’ll say atleast, it surprises me how it seemed to actually happen and I think it’s just a matter of how much time you put in. They’ll be happening in little to no time at all.

Direct the team to tackle top-priority items first before moving to less urgent tasks. This structured approach ensures timely completion of essential project components and maximises overall productivity.

Right now I am working with my Deputy Directors to identify the top priorities for their Teams for this year to guide work planning. We started by going back to our strategic plan and I had each pull out 3 key priorities for the year. We then went through and identified key success metrics for each priority. After that I had each identify key activities for achieving each success metric. Finally, we looked at all of the activities and ranked them: Must do, Would like to do, Can do without. This helps ensure that all activities are aligned with the strategic plan and that everyone understands which activities are the most critical.

This is something that my growing team was struggling with. While most of us would agree that collaboration is desirable, it is not always easy to do in real time. I have found that using RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) charts is an incredibly helpful way to clearly define who is doing what. This is especially critical if people are stepping into new roles and/ or you are hiring new employees.

Teamwork makes the dream work! Getting tasks done in an efficient manner often works best when the team works collaboratively. This means assigning tasks to the members who work best on said tasks, but also ensuring they are able to work cohesively to complete the necessary work. If done correctly, they should be able to build each other up to create the best possible project outcome.

I believe in principles of collective working and feel this can make the team stronger and more efficient through shared responsibilities and co – operation. In importance of teamwork specially for sharing out responsibility in order that all deadlines are met on time and organization’s professional reputation does not suffer

My background is in production so as a leader/trainer, whenever I see someone doing something in a more efficient and out of the box thinking, I will stop what I'm doing and acknowledge their creative solutions. I like to point out if they got the task done faster or if they made the task easier to do. If I see someone struggling to do the same task I will say something like "Joanne had this great idea of doing it this way, it seems easier/faster to do" than I can be like "hey Joanne Stacy is struggling at this and remember how you had that idea that made it easier to do. Can you take 5 minutes to show her how you did it, thanks. Keep those ideas coming" by giving her the recognition I also promoted teamwork and a training opportunity.

Sometimes over time the team gets into a rut, when this happens it's time to adapt and overcome. You might need to switch up who works with whom. Or switch out the types of projects they are used to working on. Often times a breath of fresh air is enough to get the team back on track and reduce work-efficiency stagnation.
