Agreeing on project priorities can be a challenge as pending our role the priorities might differ. It’s important to have the conversation with the team not only about what the priorities are but also why they are suggested as being the top priorities. Eg discuss if a priority impacts other priorities and needs to be done before something else (like a sequential set of steps) that priority may make its way tot he top of the list. Charting the priorities so everyone can see them is important and easier to look at ranking them. Once you have confirmed priorities and their order of importance it is important to ensure everyone involved has that summary.
