I recommend using a project management tool, such as Asana, which offers a robust set of features even on its free tier. It helps me track all my application deadlines efficiently. However, don't just aim to meet the listed due dates. Strive to submit applications for roles you're passionate about ahead of time, while also giving yourself grace if (and in most cases when) life throws a curveball. It's perfectly fine to stagger your applications rather than submitting them all at once. The key is to prioritize, complete tasks thoughtfully, and develop a routine that keeps you on track.

It's important of course to organize your search in order to stay on top of applications and deadlines but having a simple system can save a ton of time and make it more likely to implement. I recommend 3 components to save and efficiently organize your job search documents. The first is to use an app with a web clipper (Evernote, Notion or other) that allows to save, tag and organize web pages very quickly and efficiently. No need to copy and paste into various documents with this system. Second, organize your resumes, cover letters, and other documents in folders ideally, in a cloud-based system. Finally, having a tracker (Google Sheets works great) to keep track of your entire search, next steps and deadlines can be a lifesaver.
