There are so many online tools available, but don't forget about the power of a whiteboard right next to your desk. There's something very powerful about standing next to your board and mapping out a plan, erasing and updating items as you go. It's impossible to miss!

I follow a standard production process and involve the client, SMEs and other key individuals (Branding Team) at key points. We don’t move to the next part of the process until all of the deliverables have been signed off. Although this can take time, it ensures that important decisions are made and the training objectives and content are agreed before development starts. This decreases the requirement for amendments at Alpha and Beta and ensures the quality of the final delivery.
