I enjoy being part of R&D or POC projects using the latest tech stack, as it helps me expand my knowledge and learn new things. I actively take the initiative in such projects. As a senior iOS developer, while leading a project, I focus on balancing my responsibilities and contributing to POCs without affecting current project timelines. For example, I worked with the Engineering Head to implement a two-way sync using Couchbase Lite. Since it was new to me, I dedicated time to reading the documentation and raised questions on StackOverflow. I successfully implemented it, which later became a foundation for other projects. So I would say Learning mindset and needs to prove yourself that you can manage innovative work along with current.
