In my experience when I’ve had conflicting agendas and important meetings to attend, I have prioritized with a sense what it is more important and not more urgent. With virtual meetings available now, it is easier to jump from one to another.

By establishing a project manager or someone to oversee the entirety then not only can the project stay on track but the goals can also be met and communicated to the client.

The number of topics must not be the focus. The quality of topics is more important and what you reflect from the discussion

In a smaller group, ideally under 7 people (ideally product owners) in the room/zoom, start by mapping on what you agree on. That's likely a larger list. Then, map what you don't yet have agreement on. With each of those map out one next step (not a huge one) that everyone can agree on. They don't have to agree to the entire thing. If you can get there later, have each product owner identify one thing they can give up. Even later, have them brainstorm together how they can play the tetris game together and get a high score. :)

In my opinion competing agendas are a symptom not a problem CEO COO and CFO should be able to align goals and to approve budgets and iron out all departmentals kinks prior to establish a path for a new goal or new objective. at the end of the day if the goal is clear and the c suite is functioning in unison, conflicting agendas will be a rarity.
