In my view, researching the company and role is essential. It shows genuine interest and helps tailor your responses to match the job requirements. Knowing the company's history, values, and recent achievements can set you apart. Plus, asking thoughtful questions demonstrates your curiosity and preparedness.

One of the the hardest things to do especially when anxious is to listen and hear what is being said.Its very easy to rush your responses to a question.Breathe take your time and if you dont understand ask a follow up question to clarify.You may talk to much or not talk enough if anxious practice at home with yourself how you would answer potential questions that may be asked.If on the other hand your feeling over confident and questions are asked or statements made that you disagree with practice before the interview how you would react to this in a mindful controlled way to get your point accross with out being aggressive or over reactive .let people see the real you

Work to control what you can and not place your worth on the decision of the employer. We can directly control how we prepare, perform in interview, and follow up after interview. We cannot directly control the hiring decision. You could very well do all the “right” things and still not get the job, but that decision does not make you any less qualified or competent.
