First of all I would like to know about organization chart. 2ndly promotion and increments pattern. 3rd is there any employee turnover. 4th performance management criteria. Lastly, most probably I would love to know about my immediate boss. As I believe that people don't leave bad jobs they leave bad bosses.

Para una entrevista ambas partes se han preparado su papel, si todo se hace bien, sin embargo si surge algún contratiempo, alguna reacción, interrupción, etc es importante prestar más atención que a la misma oferta, nos va a decir mucho de la verdadera realidad de la empresa y del empleador, tu futuro jefe, tus futuros compa?eros. Aunque bien es cierto que si estás ahí es por que algo te ha empujado a llegar, conseguir un trabajo o cambiar el anterior porque no te convence. éste tipo de cosas, al final salen a relucir tiempo después, si eres inteligente lo verás.
