That is an incredibly tough balance to navigate. Celebrating too much causes complacency and constant driving leads to your folks being worn out. A good leader sets a tone that we are always getting better while celebrating each step of progress.
Lean es muy diferente en cada planta y cada industria, considero que es parte de la naturaleza del ser humano cambiar contantemente, en temas Lean si nos enfocamos en lo básico PDCA Plan Do Checar (Revisar) Actuar Considero que ya estaríamos del otro lado, lo único es que se nos olvida que esto es un ciclo, nos quedamos en el Actuar como si fuera lineal, pero no regresamos al Plan, que va ya enfocado a lo que encontramos en el camino, ya sabiendo por donde no pasar, pero siempre buscando alguna mejora que nos eficiente el proceso, mejore la carga laboral o lo haga más seguro. Por lo que esto es un viaje sin retorno, pero siempre motivante.
