Post-webinar surveys can capture immediate reactions, but true insight comes from tracking longer-term behavior : are attendees initiating deeper conversations, applying concepts in their work, or even becoming advocates for the ideas discussed? Understanding these shifts reveals the lasting value of the webinar, turning participants into thought partners rather than just viewers.
