Also relatives of patients in intensive care units were able to talk to physicians to know how was their evolution. From my point of view this could be one of the most impactful result that can be obtained. The senior citizen that have an stroke and it is alone using certain device that can alert emergency services. A diabetic patient that forgot the dosses of insulin can be alerted. As mentioned before it is required the technology, and the connectivity, as well as the compilation and protection of data collected.

Establishment of a closed loop system between provider and patient eco system is vital for achieving better outcomes. To use the technology properly it is necessary to teach and learn how to use it, to all involved, including patients. Many times technology, no matter the application, can be misused or underutilized by ignorance or partially know about it. Plus it is required to guarantee a proper management of data, both for interpretation and the privacy of the data collected.
