A simple but effective strategy is weekly check-ins that have an agenda/documentation. My supervisor and I meet weekly through teams, every week I utilize a Microsoft Notes to document the highs and lows, on going projects and tasks, questions I have and more. In this space she is able to add her items for the meeting as well and we note anything that is a follow up item. This allows us to keep a clear archive of everything I’ve been working on, topics we’ve discussed, and track the progress of projects.
