Geólogo(a): dê a devida aten??o à resiliência. Conceito da física que aborda a capacidade de materiais de retornarem ao seu estado normal após sofrerem algum tipo de modifica??o e que, em rela??o às habilidades pessoais, tem o mesmo significado. Um profissional resiliente é capaz de se adaptar ao contexto do desafio que deve transpassar. Para nós geocientistas a resiliência é fundamental, pois, cada projeto pode estar inserido num local, num País ou cultura diferente. E para além, cada projeto pode demandar o intercambio de informa??es e interface com profissionais de outras áreas, uma vez que, cada projeto estará assentado no meio geológico, sendo a geologia a base para a solu??o do problema. Aperfei?oe sua resiliência cotidianamente.

N?o negligencie seu desenvolvimento. Após formado o profissional está sedento por adentrar no mercado de trabalho e produzir riqueza, pessoal e para a sociedade, a partir do conhecimento adquirido na academia. Isso é absolutamente normal. Porém, foi a partir do conhecimento da acadêmica que se chegou até o ponto inicial do mercado do trabalho e, para ascender na carreira, o profissional deve manter o foco no seu crescimento. O seu crescimento será acompanhando do seu desenvolvimento do seu conhecimento. Isso vale para a forma??o, assim como, para sua suas habilidades emocionais. O profissional tecnicamente capaz e emocionalmente inteligente é valioso. Portanto, n?o negligencie seu desenvolvimento, invista no seu principal capital: você!
