Dentro de la evaluación de la formación es importante escuchar a los participantes ya que dicha información a veces pasa desapercibida. Puede ocurrir que la empresa elige cierta formación y luego se equivoca al seleccionar el público al que va dirigida porque realmente no tiene esa necesidad o ya recibió esa formación anteriormente, porque se ha cambiado de puesto de trabajo y ahora la necesidad ha cambiado, etc. Es importante hacer una encuesta una vez finalizada la formación para recoger esa otra información que es importante saber para gestionar mejor las necesidades de la plantilla.
