Entender el ux es como preguntarse que es lo que yo quiero como usuario. La gente siempre suele verlo desde el aspecto visual/técnico y descuidamos de lado que al final es por y para usuarios. Hacernos uso de preguntas filosóficas tales cómo para que sirve, cual será su uso final, que solución determinara es entender el pensamiento del Ux. Luego viene todos esos conocimientos importantes que debemos tener en cuenta. Cuando aprendes programación primero necesitas desarrollar tu lógica de programador es decir necesitas hacer pseudo código y algoritmos, visto del mismo modo es el UX. Aprende a razonar el por y para que.

Desde mi punto de vista, una de las mejores maneras de adentrarse en el mundo del dise?o de experiencia de usuario es mediante bootcamps. Al igual que sucede múltiples campos del dise?o, herramientas hay infinitas y cada una hace bien una función específica. Da igual en que campo del UX quieras especializarte, ya que en UX todo suma. Cuantas más herramientas sepas utilizar y domines, sea del campo que sea, más posibilidades se abren ante ti a la hora de enfrentarte a una toma de decisiones. Independientemente de que quieras especializarte en un área en concreto, debes tener la mente abierta y no cerrarte en banda a las nuevas tecnologías que surgen a medida que avanzamos en nuestras carreras. Tener un espíritu "Early adopter" es clave en esta profesión.

Find your preferred way of learning. From my experience, the best way to learn tools is through video tutorials by learning the basics and then give it a go yourself. Whenever you hit a stumbling block, get on YouTube, find out how to fix it and try and do it without aid next time around. Oh, and try to use keyboard shortcuts from the start, they save so much project time!

Ultimately, the best tool to start with is always pen and paper. From there, your user journey or flow can be translated into any online collaborative tool used at your organization, such as Miro. It is important to understand that UX is about user experience, not just UI (user interface). Therefore, jumping into tools like Figma or Sketchapp right away would form a bad habit from the beginning.

Practicing with tools needed to provide the deliverables is indeed necessary, I’d suggest getting an understanding of the path you want to take. For instance, do you want to be a ux researcher, be well rounded, or specialized in a particular area of user experience like accessibility? If design, the tools are important to produce items for your portfolio as you grow. Seek out videos on YouTube that provide instruction on the preferred design tool, take a course, and practice, practice, practice designing wireframes, sitemaps, etc. I’d also suggest practicing the presentation of the design. Learn the details well and present with clarity and enthusiasm.

Working on projects are great for flexing and expanding your mind with user experience. Ask to be a part of a design session with the team. Learn the what/why? What is the problem the team is trying to solve to help position your mind in the right realm. Look at how they’re approaching a solution. Ask questions, in ux all different walks of life are welcome, so, don’t be afraid to offer suggestions. The team may not think of something you might be thinking as an outsider with a different perspective. You will learn the more you participate. The team knows you are new and will help with different POVs. Spend time on your own reading and watching videos on different subjects within UX. You will become comfortable with added knowledge.

Allocate time to engage with designers. Look for design guilds, ask for books, Medium articles, or podcasts. Ask your manager to introduce these types of activities into your growth plan. That way, they will become part of your performance objectives and training.

No esperes a ser el mejor para hacer lo que te gusta porque haciendo lo que te gusta es como te conviertes en el mejor Intenta hacer proyectos propios o para amigos y familiares. Si tienes la oportunidad de tomar un proyecto real, no dudes en hacerlo, aun sabiendo que no tienes todos los conocimientos porque igual esto te ayudara a conseguir esos conocimientos

Experts are great, but like anything, they have their own ways of working and the way they explain things may not be right for you. Therefore, there are reasons they're experts and you can always learn from them. BUT.... Make sure that you find your own style and remember that everyone is on their own pathway.

Tener referentes que guíen tu carrera siempre es beneficioso. Conseguir poder tener una conversación e incluso llegar a colaborar en algún proyecto con alguien a quien sigues y admiras es una de las mayores experiencias que se pueden tener a nivel profesional. Otra muy buena práxis es la lectura. Leer es una de las mejores maneras de aprender y crecer en cualquier ámbito, especialmente como UX Designer.

Absorbing general knowledge is essential to make informed decisions about committing to progress on the UX design path. Once you've absorbed this knowledge, you can pinpoint specific areas of the industry, specialties, or parts of the UX process that interest you the most and begin there. Learning with passion increases your chances of success without feeling overwhelmed, ultimately preventing you from giving up once the initial excitement wears off. Experts are valuable, but they can sometimes be overwhelming and often discuss solutions for ideal scenarios that don't necessarily occur in real-world situations.

Siempre que inicio en algo nuevo, lo primero que hago es buscar en internet y cuando encuentro un artículo, un video, un tutorial, un libro o algo por el estilo, siempre reviso quién es el creador e intento ver más su forma de trabajar pero no solo es copiar y replicar, sino también adaptar ese conocimiento a tus propias circunstancias, a tu proyecto y a tu forma de trabajar Quizás en algún momento puedas estar en ese mismo nivel o ser mejor que ellos en el área que trabajes -Roba como un artista
