I wouldn't focus too much on root cause - could be your job, your boss, work culture, personal things, clowns (seriously), yada yada yada. Instead write-down what does inspire you... then you can put together a plan to get there.

I've found journaling and periodic check-ins with myself (i.e. meditation) throughout my day allow me to have a good sense of my state of mind. This mindfulness awakens me to the moment; I can then address the underlying cause/issues.

Dentro: en qué punto te encuentras, qué buscas, qué es lo que sabes que no quieres, qué te hace sentir bien y te motiva hacer, qué te genera vitalidad e ilusión en el mundo laboral... en definitiva, cuál es tu propósito? Fuera: Qué cultura empresarial buscas y valora si el trabajo que tienen encaja contigo en ese aspecto. A partir de ahí, podrás empezar a definir un plan de acción ;)

Positive energy creators are optimistic and giving. 2. Negative energizers Those who deplete the good feelings and enthusiasm in you. These people drain energy from others. Interaction with Positive energizers helps feeling happier, more energized and uplifted.

Collaboration is one of the most powerful skills to advance, build and transform. Having a collaborative vision is key to promoting innovation in organizations, it facilitates the transfer of knowledge and drives change, integrating talent and contributing to developing innovation. In fact, she is a facilitator so that inspirers inspire other inspirers and together they can develop better projects instead of doing it individually. Furthermore, collaboration gives visibility to talent because talent undoubtedly calls for talent.

Dedicate a day to exploring various museums and art exhibitions that are not directly related to your field of work or the specific problem you're addressing. Look for representations, similarities, and reinterpretations connected to your area of expertise. Observe how these themes are conveyed through the artworks. Ask yourself if the art offers a fresh perspective or novel insight into your work or the challenges you're facing. I'm fortunate enough to dedicate most Friday's to this ritual/ practice. It's revealed some gems and reconnected me with certain aspects of my work.

Remember what inspired you as a child. What absorbed you? What could you spend hours playing and doing? If you can, look through your old papers and things your parents saved. How close to this is what you're doing now? Is there a direct line from what you loved as a child through to today? Try to recapture that feeling of wonder and endless possibility by doing more of what you loved as a child.

What I've often found helpful in times when passion and drive is low. Is to take a step back. Try something new or simply have a break. It may seem like a waste of time, but the time spent away from something, allows you to find your own way out of that frame of mind and reference you may have been stuck in. After you've had some fun, the ability to think differently often helps a lot with reigniting that spark. Especially if it's surrounding brainstorming and creativity. New ideas and innovation strikes when you look at things in unexpected ways. That often can't happen without escaping your pressure filled state of mind

Life should be fun and so should your work, my experience as well as many people I have spoken to. That when you switch off your analytical part of your brain to just play and experiment is when your subconscious then helps reframe and have perspective on the current challenges you were looking to overcome. Great companies such as Lego encourage the importance of play and experimentation at any age, so why shouldn’t you ?

Appreciate Progress: Celebrate both small and significant achievements to foster a positive outlook on your journey. 2. Boost Confidence: Recognition of your accomplishments enhances your self-worth and instills confidence in your abilities. 3. Motivational Fuel: Celebrations act as motivation, propelling you to set higher goals and persist in your endeavors. Through the simple act of celebrating achievements, you not only reignite your passion but cultivate a mindset that continually fuels your love for the work you do.

Celebration is a necessary phase in any project. If we don′t celebrate, we will not value the importance of having achieved an objective, a challenge, a challenge,... It allows us to value people, identify talent and assess whether a person or a team have been able to obtain a good result, thanks to your effort, talent, collaborative work.... In this way, always with objective criteria, visibility will be given to talent and people who, due to their dedication, attitude or knowledge, have to be recognized and be references for others. Celebrating and enjoying a logo for the right amount of time will allow you to move forward and focus on new incremental and progressive objectives over time...betting on people and continuous improvement.

The brain by design wants to avoid pain and move towards pleasure. So to work in the design of the brain celebrate the achievements. This helps in getting back on track and creates a positive momentum.

Sometimes you will feel uninspired, and that is okay. Of course most people would choose to be inspired and have 365 great days per year, but I doubt this is realistic. I believe feeling uninspired every now and then also has its use. For example, it might give us signs that our interests and priorities are no longer the same. Or it can give us hints of what we dislike or feel uncomfortable doing. These are relevant signs to fine-tune the direction in which we are heading towards. As long as one reflects and understands the root cause of the lack of inspiration, then it is easier to improve the situation.

If someone is dependent on an external environment to ensure their progress so definitely he/she may need to reignite them at some moment of time when they are down because the environment will always try to push you down. However self realisation and knowing your own and teams wavelengths & frequencies, will always keep the person self motivated to achieve better then the expected deliverables.

One important thing is : REST Some vacations days with your computer closed to recharge your own battery, make a point about your career to see if you still fit with the job or if you have to envision others things

1. Surround yourself with sources of inspiration. 2. Reflect on purpose/goals of self and organisation. 3. Sleep/Vacation --> reset/recharge --> and get going ??????????

A lack of REST may cause burnout and lack of motivation/inspiration. I would suggest that after someone gets rest, takes a vacation and resets, if they still feel uninspired, then it is time to do some introspection. The key question would be to go back to your WHY. Why do you do what you do? Why did it matter in the beginning? Why was it worth it? I have often found that if our life's work even remotely gives us a sense of fulfillment and purpose and we feel that we're bringing value, making great people connections, and perhaps building a lasting legacy, it helps us stay resilient through the hard seasons. If we feel that we no longer bring value, it may be time for something new/something else.
