You got two option: 1. You find a company in your industry which has problem that you can solve ( need some research) 2. Establish contact with the decision maker 3. Discuss what you can bring into the table 4. Communicate the value proposition and the difference you gonna make in that company 5. Expect the offer letter at the earliest. NB: Precondition - you need to be a person who update the skills periodically, which is mandatory in today's corporate world. Second option: 1. Apply for another job in any other company and find yourself in same situation in an year or two
