Work as a third-party makes me learn. First thing first, we're not trying to win over disputes, since we basically have no conflict of interest in the first place. We are trying to direct the course to the most linear stream which complied with the rules. Next up, the willingness to listen and exchange ideas is another vital aspect. That's one thing that is extremely fulfilling for me, personally. To bring benefit for everyone's involved. I'll wrap this up with the ultimate idea that I find mandatory at work, integrity. Since we're facing this infinite game called career, instant wins or temporary comforts just won't do. Consistent improvement and unchanged value remain totally important. That's why, the outcome must be the best for all.
