First, get as much information as possible about the client's system, such as the hardware specifications, software versions, and operating system version. In order to find probable triggers, find out about any recent updates or adjustments as well. Look for any error messages or warnings in the system or application logs. These logs often offer important hints about the root cause of the problem. Investigate certain error codes as well to get ideas for possible solutions. Updates often fix compatibility issues, so make sure all drivers and software are current. Consider going back to an earlier stable version of the program, nevertheless, if the issue emerged following an update.
