Como en toda comunicación estratégica pueden surgir imponderables, emergentes que no podemos predecir con anticipación. Lo que sí podemos hacer es planificar y plantear distintos escenarios que pueden suceder como interrupciones o impedimentos técnicos, de esta manera tenemos más probabilidad de ejercer algo de control en las situaciones que nos sorprendan. Pero lo más efectivo que siempre me resulta es ser concreto con la audiencia y confirmar que tenemos un determinado problema. Lo peor que podemos hacer es seguir como si no sucediera nada ya que el "puente" de confianza que tenemos que construir con la audiencia se puede ver afectado por no ser asertivos en la comunicación.
