Prepare Backup Materials: Have printed handouts ready for participants if tech fails, ensuring content delivery continues seamlessly. Use Alternative Tools: If a presentation tool crashes, switch to a whiteboard or flip chart for real-time engagement. Engage Participants: Foster discussion or group activities to maintain momentum while resolving tech issues. Practice Troubleshooting: Familiarize yourself with common tech issues beforehand, enabling quick fixes during training.

For every live presentation I have, I carry multiple backups: I have it on my computer, I have it saved on DropBox (so I can load it on a different computer), I have the ability to use a different device (my iPad) and I have a printed copy so if all else fails I'll just hold a piece of paper with a few notes on it. I've had to utilize all of these methods just this year, so be prepared!

If a tech issue happens, we should not get tensed. By getting tensed, we may not be able to think further. What i personally do is 1. I form a wassapp group & if an issue happens, i immediately send a good video followed by questions from the video 2. I will try to find another tool which can help me to proceed with the session like google meet so i can proceed within a few mins 3. Giving them the update so they can be mentally prepared. I shall give them some assignments or case studies or assessments to keep them engaged
