It is important to gather everyone's opinion. In a team, some members may be assertive and share their opinions freely, while others may need more time to think before expressing themselves due to different personality traits. Putting them on the spot might cause discomfort. Therefore, allowing time for thoughtful response is essential. At the end of the meeting, it is helpful to let the team know that they can share additional input or opinions via email or phone or any other way within the next 24 hours, so these can be considered before making decisions. This approach can be effective.

To ensure every member feels included and valued during a meeting with team dynamics issues, begin by creating an open and respectful environment where everyone's voice is heard. Encourage active participation by inviting input from quieter members and addressing dominant voices diplomatically. Use inclusive language and make eye contact with all participants to show that their contributions matter. Facilitate structured discussions with clear agendas and ensure that feedback is acknowledged and integrated into decision-making processes. By fostering an atmosphere of mutual respect and inclusivity, you can build a cohesive team that collaborates effectively despite any underlying tensions.

by considering each and every person in my talk and talking about every person with any perspective and their importance to the company how can the contribute more with their own interest . I will also get opinions from every person about meeting topic and extending from every corner of meeting room and having such break and having fun in between so that they can feel more included , combine their thoughts too , become confident talking any idea from their own mindset, it can be not a good idea but for speaker it becomes very easy to elaborate their thoughts. that`s why they feel valued and more included in meeting

Try the 6 Thinking Hats. Works a treat if executed well. Looking at the same side of the problem together eliminates conflict thinking and encourages alignment thinking.

It depends on the issue your facing. To ensure everyone can contribute, I like to have a clear agenda upfront and ask everyone to write down their perspective on the critical decisions that need to be made. Then, in the meeting, go around 1-by-1 and get everyone to share their perspective. After everyone has shared, open the conversation for discussion.
