Estoy de acuerdo en que ante la discordia son necesarias las sesiones grupales en abierto para observar dinámicas y posiciones que lideran dicha desarmonía pero hay que organizar también sesiones privadas individuales y en grupos más peque?os. Todas secuenciadas, con un acta de compromisos y de trabajos versus el grupo. Es preciso informar que la discordialidad u hostilidad no forma parte de nuestra cultura empresarial y que quienes la generamos somos responsables activos de la solución. De cada una de las sesiones iremos extrayendo información válida para poder desgranar dónde existe una emocionalidad escalada que conlleva un conflicto en potencia y cómo se van posicionando unos y otros versus las situaciones.
