It′s all a matter of going beyond the conflict itself and focusing on the resolution of the problem that made the conflict arise, understanding that conflict isn′t necessarily a bad thing but actually something really productive when conducted properly and obviously making everything so that the team blends together even more from said experience instead of harming their relationship

One thing I have always found helpul is realizing that confilct is not always a bad thing. Every member of your team likely has experience that no one else brings to the table. Focusing on the resolution rather than the conflict itself and envouring open, honest, and sometimes stressful dialogue will usually solve the issue. Setting the ground rules and expectations for your team to comprimise is the best approach.
