J’ajoute un élément qui me semble important en matière de management : Afin que l’évaluation des besoins spécifiques de l’équipe se fasse de fa?on démocratique (et non pas en fonction du rayonnement de certains membres au sein de la structure), il est utile de réaliser une étude qualitative (entretiens individuels) et une étude quantitative (avec un échantillonnage représentatif validé par le test du khi-2) sur les protocoles de stockage de données. Cela est plus pertinent qu’une ou plusieurs réunions regroupant l’ensemble des membres (ayant chacun plus ou moins d’éloquence).

Il est fort utile que ces normes soient intégrées à la politique documentaire et plus largement au règlement de la structure. Même si ces normes ne seront pas utilisées et exploitées par tous, pour des raisons de transparence, elles doivent être bien communiquées, lisibles, claires, bien présentées, sans lourdeurs, compréhensibles par tout professionnel de documentation (ou futur membre). Ainsi, les données se référant à ses normes seront exploitables correctement.
