Sometimes, after everything said and done, some team members will still resolve to be at loggerheads due to: pride, esteem issues and what not. Use your power as the team leader, or head of department in any area of the business, to call them both to order! But this should be the last resort. Personal differences and issues should not come in the way of the businesses' goals. If they won't understand that, then they could be forced to, or they could leave the job/team.
