Na minha experiência, ouvir todos as equipe e depois 1x1, pois muitas vezes uma pessoa é o influenciador(a) e outros sem ao menos entender e saber fazem motim. Ent?o 1x1 ouvir um de cada vez, você saberá através do feedback onde está o gap. N?o adiantar debater nesse momento, ou?a, analise e traga o feedback. Simples assim!

To resolve team conflict during a coaching session, I first create a safe space where everyone feels heard and respected. I encourage open, honest communication by allowing each person to express their perspective without interruption. I then focus on understanding the underlying issues, asking clarifying questions to uncover root causes. Once everyone’s views are shared, I guide the team toward finding common ground and collaborative solutions. Finally, I help establish clear action steps and emphasize the importance of ongoing respect and teamwork, ensuring everyone feels invested in the resolution.

One thing I have found helpful is to highlight the specific ways each member can contribute to the success of the mission. By channeling negative energy in a positive direction, conflict can be the seed to bring out the best in each individual.
