The "short-term solution" and fix is simpler than the long-term. So, here it is... Watch a few of your favorite comedians do stand-up! This releases the neurotransmitter that relaxes and connects with others!

??????????-???????? ????????????????: ?????? ????????! If you know you struggle with Glossophobia (???????????? ???????????????? ????????) > Ice Cube right before the stage comes in handy! Before going on the stage, pop the cube into your mouth for just a short amount of time and close your mouth. Your body will go to a natural fight or flight mode and your nervous system physically goes into a shock. This will calm down your nerves when you focus on the ice cube, rather than the stage to come. ????????-???????? ????????????????: Work on yourself. Be present! Focus on your breath, do the 4-7-8 breathing technique. If you calm your parasympathetic nervous system by taking your mind from the presentation and audience to your breath, you'll find yourself feeling much better in a matter of minutes. "Mindfullness" is not just a buzzword, it has scientific proof ;)

Stage fright (also called "nerves"), can be quite debilitating and can happen to the best speakers. Many have mastered not let it show. I take deep breaths and tell myself that the audience is there to hear valuable insights. Besides, they do not know what I want to say, so all I have to do is go up the stage and deliver a classic. By redirecting my nerves into enthusiasm for the topic, I gain confidence to step on stage and deliver an engaging and powerful performance.

1. Embrace the adrenaline. From my experience, stage fright is just adrenaline looking for a purpose. Channel it into energy rather than fear. Tell yourself, “I’m excited, not scared”. This mental shift turns nerves into fuel. 2. Visualize success. Before stepping on stage, take a moment to imagine yourself succeeding. Picture the crowd engaged and your words flowing confidently. It sets a positive expectation. 3. Focus on your message. Nervousness comes from focusing on yourself. Instead, shift your focus to the value you’re delivering to the audience. This perspective removes self-doubt and boosts confidence. 4. Breathe intentionally. 5. Practice power poses.
