Según mi experiencia, es complicado que un cambio en el alcance de un proyecto no afecte a las estrategia de mitigación de riesgos, se debe realizar una reunión emergente con las partes interesaadas con la finalidad de realizar una evaluación del nuevo alcance e identificar los nuevos riesgos. Una vez identificados se debe analizar que estrategias se adaptan a estos riesgos y empezar a definir controles que se ajusten a medida, para los riesgos sin atención proceder a definir nuevas estrategias para mitigar o eliminar estos riesgos. Finalmente evaluar la eficacia de estas estrategias y reevaluar el riesgo residual después de esto.
