Organizations need to have systems in place to ensure quality and efficiency while adapting to these changes. Get all stakeholders on board. Inform them of the challenges and emphasize their role in the smooth transition. Plan activities for each phase of the cycle, making each phase easy to implement and monitor. Identify key stakeholders within the system & keep them in the loop so they are motivated to adapt to change and encourage consensus within their teams. Acknowledge, appreciate & reward their adoption publicly. Offer trainings or seminars to those interested in learning more.
