Very strange question LI ai: Have no idea what you’re getting at but I would say listening first to any resistance is the way to go. If learners are not engaged there’s usually a good reason - it may not be relevant, not personalised, boring etc. Suggest you involve learners in the creation process to ensure it hits the mark.

C'est en effet la base de toute conduite du changement : savoir écouter. écouter activement, et même, apprendre à se taire. Il n'est pas temps d'argumenter, mais de savoir recevoir. Cette étape est cruciale pour la construction de toute la suite.
