Implement a robust quality assurance process with regular testing and feedback loops to catch issues early. Foster open communication within the team to quickly address any bottlenecks or challenges. Consider bringing in additional resources or reallocating tasks to ensure balanced workloads. By maintaining a clear focus on priorities and quality, you can navigate delays effectively and still deliver a high-quality product.

I'm gonna share what works for me every time. 1. Set up tasks according to priority. 2. Start with tasks that go from easy to hard. 3. Avoid being stuck on one problem for more than 30 minutes. 4. If you can’t solve a problem, set aside your ego and ask for help from seniors. 5. In a project, there are often "nice-to-have" features that aren't mandatory. Assign these a lower priority, and once you're done with the essentials, circle back to implement them. When tackling these, return to step 1.

No one winds if you meet the deadline, but the quality is subpar. First, communicate with the client to understand their needs, but also communication should have started early on and continued throughout the project. IN most cases the delay was likely caused by the clients in-action and they should understand the effects of that. Yes, set priorities, but base them on the clients needs and deliver parts of the project to align with the needs of the client. This takes good communication with the client.
