? Carefully assess each change order effect the current budget and timeline of the project. If the impact is significant, let the client know about the potential delays and increase in budget. ? If the change is not necessary to the project success and is causing disruption to the project timeline. Negotiate with the client whether it can be deferred or alternate solutions are required to reduce the impact. ? Communicate with the clients about the effects arises due to frequent changes and ensure all clients understand how these changes influence the project's progress.

Here are some suggestions to handle it: - set an agreement towards several aspect: flow, PIC, duration of every stage, TnC, etc - deep review of every change order proposal to assess the impact to project timeline & budget. If the proposal is categorized as high impact, we have to discuss it with stakeholder ASAP & finalize it. If it's not, we can propose it regularly as a package, be it monthly or bimonthly - set an agreement with stakeholder to arrange regular change order review meeting to capture the detail of every proposed change order - create & update change order log to monitor the progress of every proposed change orders - smooth communication is a must! We have to avoid an oppresive-like style
