En principio, el dise?o en sostenibilidad, debe ser estético, pero con indicadores cuantitativos que respondan a criterios cualitativos...es mucho más que una moda. Si eso está claro, la innovación tiene un enfoque y el límite se encuentra en el cumplimiento del criterio que se ofrece, de otra manera no se puede aducir que se trate de sostenibilidad, y estaríamos haciendo un "greenwashing", es decir indicar como sostenibilidad algo que se podría "leer" como verde cuando en realidad no lo es.

As someone who has been micromanaged before , I definitely can resonate with this statement. When we are managed too strictly it can feel like your individual skills and talents are unwanted. I think to be a good leader we have to do our best to assess unique strengths of all members and delegate , because the energy place into micro managing takes away from your ability to make big picture decisions.
