En los procesos industriales, los paradigmas de la logística son adversos a la realidad, muchas oportunidades se mantienen de manera lineal cuando se cumple un proceso óptimo en las delegaciones y labores del personal. Sin Embargo muchos de ellos se encuentran en caídas por no tener claros los procedimientos internos. Es importante mantener una comunicación lineal en todos los aspectos, evitando romper la linea que mantiene una logística. Communication is EVERYTHING! Keep vendors / clients / colleagues as informed as possible. Be transparent and timely with your communication. Example - establish meetings every morning at 8.30 and 4 pm for check in / updates. Then immediately after keep everyone who needs to be informed regardless of what the update is. Mistakes and delays happen in tough times - that is logistics - it is when you keep people in the dark it goes from bad to terrible in no time.

Acho que o mais importante é a comunica??o com a parte externa (clientes e motorista , caso sejam terceirizados). Os próprios podem ajudar com alternativas nova caso a empresa esteja passando por um colapso

En cuanto al protocolo de comunicación tener claro y definido los pasos, teléfonos, contactos actualizados en sistema e impresos. Solíamos tener una carpeta física con toda esta información y nos servía mucho cuando una contingencia se presentaba en fin de semana, llegas a la oficina y tú equipo de cómputo no se conecta y urge saber quien es la persona x que tienes que contactar y con la carpeta en físico era muy rápido ahí estaban los pasos a seguir y los contactos. Eso sirve bastante.
