Every city has an entrepreneur ecosystem org or is waiting for you to start one. This has been my work for 25 years. And after our "serious" business events we go out for pizza and beer and get to know each other as friends so we don't have to wait for the next business event to have someone to reach out to.

I know the feeling of isolation as an entrepreneur it can feel like you're carrying the weight of the world alone. What helped me overcome this was building a strong support network of fellow entrepreneurs and mentors who truly understand the journey. Celebrating even the smallest wins gave me a sense of progress, and delegating tasks allowed me to breathe a little easier. Creating routines, setting boundaries between work and life, and not being afraid to seek professional help have been game changers for my mental well-being. Remember, even in those lonely moments, you're not alone your growth and resilience make you stronger.

- identify one or two people from your network who can be your mentors and plan at least one call a month with them - networking: identify key entrepreneurs/startup events and attend at least two per month - open leads: identify key potential targets and plan calls with them. Their feedback on your value proposition, product or service will be very useful and that engagement will make you feel less lonely, you will integrate the feedback and move forward.

1. Make it a goal to connect with ONE inspiring mentor, leader or fellow business owner each week. 2. Engage authentically with content that feels aligned to what you do (building a mini virtual community). 3. Keep in touch with your friends! No one is ever too busy and it might be the exact thing to help with your loneliness.

Here are a few ways I found helpful in overcoming loneliness as an entrepreneur: Build a network of peers and engage in communities to stay connected. Maintain personal relationships for support outside of work. Seek mentorship for guidance and emotional balance. Working out is also critical for managing stress and staying energized.
