I focus on creating an inclusive and respectful classroom environment. For example, I often encourage students to share their unique experiences during discussions. Once, while teaching a media class, I had students from rural and urban backgrounds. By allowing them to present media examples from their respective communities, they learned to appreciate each other’s perspectives. I also tailor my teaching methods to be adaptable offering varied examples and explanations that resonate with all students. Engaging them in group projects helps foster collaboration, where they naturally learn from one another’s diversity. Encouraging this open dialogue has consistently led to a more cohesive and supportive learning atmosphere.

?a fonctionne bien !
