When you work remotely there is a high chance for miscommunication as the actual emotions would not be seen. Setup a process if not done yet to have a continuous cadence and connect wihin team - have an empathy and have a very calm one-one discussion with the involved members to understand their points, active listening and positive affirmations helps the members to open up and be themselves - analyse and understand the issue with emotional intelligence, do not have any prejudice or blame someone with some other thoughts. Stick to finding solutions rather pointing fingers. - let the team members know of the things that have to be improved in order to establish a common middle ground and support them with resources to achieve.
