As I’m adding my perspective here, everyone in the innovation also has one, they all feel to be included and accommodated always. Setting clear goals and objectives on why are we driving an innovation project is key rather than convincing all and accommodating their perspectives. Discuss every opinion against the goals and objectives set, not based on who is bringing it, using structured templates makes it consistent to capture all perspectives and its benefits. Be ready to listen and adopt the best ones rather than sticking to your great perspectives. Discussing ideas without knowing who brought it makes it easier to challenge, focus on the goals always!!
